UMW of First United Methodist Church - Denton offers many opportunities for mission and fellowship through its units, mission groups, and special interest groups. UMW has three mission groups that meet on the second Tuesday of every month (except June and July). Our program focus on ministries addressing the needs of women, children, and youth; advocacy for the oppressed and dispossessed; leadership development; spiritual development; and efforts to achieve inclusiveness.
