The Angel Tree project is close to the hearts of the members of First UMC-Denton. Working with the Salvation Army , the church mission team will have Angels available in the Miller Center Mission Corner on two or three Sundays for each Christmas season. Each angel represents one child in the Denton County area whose family is unable to provide a traditional holiday season and gifts.Members, families and classes of the church adopt an angel to provide wishes and needs of that child.
