Situated just south of Denton’s historic Courthouse Square, this downtown church is a vital and growing community of Christian faith within the city of Denton, rich in opportunity for fellowship and service. It is filled each Sunday and during the week with talented, creative, and committed, individuals who gather as the people of God and are united by the Holy Spirit in order to live faithfully as disciples of Jesus Christ

The congregation has grown from the estimated 30-40 members in 1857 to just over 1,750 members in 2009, holding services in the same location for the 150 years of its existence.
