Hebrews 10: 24 & 25 says, "And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and [do] good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another…"
Two reasons fellowship with other believers is important are because it helps express love to one another and it encourages good works. Kid’s Club on Wednesday evenings serves as childcare, yes. More importantly, it provides an opportunity for them to come together in fellowship with each other. It is open to all children ages 6 months to 5th grade. With the help of our childcare staff, the children are given the opportunity to play, learn cooperation, love one another and take care of each other.
Kid's Club is open from 5:15 to 8:15 pm in room 235. It runs in conjunction with our children’s choir program so if your child participates in our choir program and is dropped off at Kid’s Club, there is no need for you to come back to get them to the choir class. We will take them up when its time and bring them back down if needed.
Learning God’s love is necessary. Giving children opportunity to grow in that love and practicing acting out of that love is vital. In Kid’s Club we strive to teach and guide our children in doing exactly that.
