Evening in Bethlehem
Lots of our church members as well as local community folks come to enjoy the tree lighting on the Square, and, at the same time, Evening in Bethlehem.
With the intent of giving families a chance to experience a bit of the real reason for Christmas, this festive evening was created in 2008, and offers a petting zoo, live Nativity, crafts, food, mission projects, an extended train display, live music and more. There is something for everyone!
Over 1,000 people stopped by last year to enjoy this family-oriented event which happens in Ivey Garden, just off of Locust Street.
Guests can register for many door prize drawings.
Evening in Bethlehem takes place on Dec 6, 5:30-8:00 pm.
It is a great way for families to enjoy downtown Denton as the holiday season begins.
